ywkk Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

ywkk is an online betting and casino platform that provides various entertainment services for users in Bangladesh, including slots, live casino, sports betting, and fishing games. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the ywkk platform and all related services.

These Terms are written in Bengali and are specifically designed for users in Bangladesh. ywkk is committed to protecting the interests of its users and to providing a transparent and reliable service.

Alongside this document, ywkk's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines also apply and are considered an integral part of these Terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement and Eligibility

To open an account and use services on the ywkk platform, users must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be a valid citizen or resident of Bangladesh.
• Must operate only one account in their own name.
• Must provide complete, accurate, and verifiable information.
• Must register of their own free will and with full awareness.

2.2 Registration Process

During account registration, the user must provide their correct name, mobile number, and other required details. ywkk reserves the right to verify identity at any time and may request necessary documents for this purpose.

If false information is provided, ywkk reserves the right to immediately suspend or cancel the account, and the associated balance may be seized.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is considered bonus abuse and is strictly prohibited. If evidence is found of multiple accounts being operated from the same device, IP address, or payment method, all associated accounts will be closed.

3 Account Management

3.1 Security Responsibility

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account login details (username and password) completely confidential. ywkk will not be held responsible for any consequences arising from sharing this information with a third party. If anyone believes their account security has been compromised, they must notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Verification

ywkk may conduct a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process at any time. This process may require submission of a national identity card or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Inactivity

If there is no activity for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts, which will be deducted from the remaining account balance.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

The payment methods currently accepted on the ywkk platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (for example: BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

The name on the payment method must match the account name at the time of deposit. Funds sent in someone else's name or through a third party are not accepted and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawal payment methods are the same as deposit methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

• Withdrawals are only possible from verified accounts.
• Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Additional verification may be required for suspicious or unusual transactions.

4.3 Transaction Records

All deposit and withdrawal transactions are stored in the account history. In the event of any dispute, ywkk's records will be considered the final proof.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ywkk offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. That means a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳10,000 in wagering to be completed.

A bonus is never a substitute for cash. To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, the wagering requirements must be fully met.

5.2 VIP Cashback

ywkk's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier provides cashback at a set rate on weekly net losses:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Example: A Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback. Cashback is automatically credited to the account on a weekly basis.

5.3 Promotional Terms

ywkk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion. If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus will be forfeited from the relevant account.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet will only be considered valid once the system has confirmed it and the relevant amount has been deducted from the user's account. If a bet is not accepted due to a technical issue, the relevant amount will be automatically returned.

6.2 Betting Results

The results of all games and bets are determined based on ywkk's system data. In the event of any dispute, ywkk's decision is final. For cricket betting, results for BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup will be consistent with official data from the relevant international sports authorities.

6.3 Erroneous Odds or Payments

If incorrect odds are displayed or an incorrect amount is credited due to a system error, ywkk reserves the right to cancel or correct that transaction. No claims for benefit derived from erroneous payments will be accepted.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ywkk platform:

• Abusing bonuses by using multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Placing bets using software bots, automated tools, or AI.
• Deliberately exploiting game errors or vulnerabilities.
• Attempting to win through any fraudulent method.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Attempting to access another user's account without permission.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in the immediate closure of the account, and the full balance may be forfeited.

8 Limitation of Liability

ywkk strives to provide its services to the highest standard. However, ywkk will not be held liable in the following cases:

• Losses caused by an internet connection being lost.
• Errors in the user's own device or software.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment services.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.
• Losses arising from the user's account details falling into someone else's hands.

In any situation, ywkk's maximum liability will be limited to the original amount of the transaction in question.

9 Data Protection and Privacy

Users' personal information is not sold to any third party without their consent. However, information may be shared with government authorities if required by legal obligation or for the purpose of investigating fraud.

10 Changes to Terms

ywkk reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of any significant change, users will be notified when logging into the platform or via their registered mobile number.

Continuing to use the platform after updated terms are published will be considered as agreement to the new terms. If a user objects to any change, they may request to close their account.

11 Termination and Suspension

11.1 ywkk's Rights

ywkk reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user's account at any time and for any reason, particularly if:

• The user violates these Terms.
• There is suspicion of fraud or deception.
• The user fails to cooperate with the verification process.
• It is proven that someone under the age of 21 has registered.

11.2 User's Rights

A user may request to close their account at any time. If there is a valid balance in the account at the time of the request, the opportunity to withdraw it will be provided; however, any bonus balance is non-refundable if the applicable bonus conditions have not been met.
